RECEIVED THE PHONE NUMBER TO CALL THE MANAGEMENT TO CHECK ON THE STATUS OF THE YARD BEING CLEANED UP. CALLED THE MANAGEMENT FROM THE SITE AND THE TENANT IS BEING EVICTED AND CHARGED FOR THE CLEAN UP ONCE SHE MOVES OUT. THE TENANT SAID SHE WILL BE OUT AS SOON AS SHE RECEIVES HER SOCIAL SECURITY CHECK WITHIN THE WEEK. MANAGEMENT WILL NOT DO ANYTHING UNTIL SHE IS GONE. WENT OVER THE $75.00 RE-FEE WITH MELONIE OF MANAGEMENT AND SHE STATED IF CHARGED, THAT IT WILL BE GOING TOWARDS THE TENANT WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE YARD BEING CLEANED. RE-FEE OF $75.00 TO BE ASSESSED. RV.
