06/21/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Site visit due to complaint that Mr. Heinebrodt was back at the property and in the trailer. Background: Amy Piaez 747-0278 was hired by Jerome Johnson to clean the front exterior and carport and was reportedly threatened by Mr. Heinebrodt according to TPD officer McCarthy. Mr. Heinebrodt was at the property and had opened the trailer which had been previously posted by inspector, nailed shut by Mr. Johnson, and taped shut by Officer McCarthy. Officer McCarthy was contacted and returned to property. Mr. Heinebrodt was advised the trailer and truck would be removed due to the abatement order. He was given until 9:00 on 6/22/11 to remove his belonging. TPD will be out in the morning and will arrest Mr. Heinebrodt for trespass if he is found on the property.
06/14/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved No compliance; Rolloff and moving truck in front with a large amount of items in front yard. No violations abated otherwise.
06/14/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Site visit to give defendants copies of minute entry and to advise of pending City abatement. Mr. Heinebrodt was not home. Jerome Johnson and son were present and identifying themselves as Ms. Clarke's oldest son and grandson. Mr. Johnson stated that Ms. Clarke passed away 2 weeks ago and Mr. Heinebrodt has not been seen since. They are there to clean up the property, but live out of state. The case will go to probate, but Mr. Johnson Jr. will be the heir. They were advised of the violations and the court order, but were given an initial 30 days to abate considering the circumstances.
05/03/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved No compliance; posted citations on property, photo taken; Mr. Heinebrodt was present and came out of trailer.
04/26/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved No compliance. William Heinebrodt, owner's son, was occupying the trailer again. Electrical service and cable were active. Flat tires confirmed on trailer. Mr. Heinebrodt was advised again he could not occupy the trailer, the electric must be immediately removed, a notice to vacate will be posted, and that removal of notice and re-occpying of the trailer will result in TPD being called to the location. All violations remain on property. Mr. Heinebrodt was advised to again immediately install a barrier to the pool. Pool water was stagnant; accumulation of vegetation over 6" present on property and abutting areas; refuse on property including carport; illegal storage in carport. White truck and trailer are both considered JMVs and remain in violation. An affidavit will be submitted on 5/3/11 requesting approval for citation publication for both Mr. Heinebrodt (tenant) and the owner Charlotte Clarke. Posting will be conducted on this day; failure to vacate the trailer and repair the gate will result in immediate boarding by City as well as requesting TPD assistance.
01/04/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved No compliance on any of the violations; no answer at front door, though activity could be heard within. Mr. Heinebradt was again occupying the trailer on the west side of the building. Citation was served to Charlotte Clarke.
