Person who called complaint mentioned they had not seen him for weeks. Entered structure, structure had no water, found hazardous electrical and unsanitary living conditions. House appeared as it had not been lived in or used in quite some time. Power was on to the structure, front and rear door were found unsecured along with with several broken windows. Shed in the rear appeared it was being lived in evidenced by the pull out couch, blankets and pillows. Shed had power running to it, two outlets and a pull chain light. Next to the bed was a table with a microwave and food stuffs on top, also reading materials and clothes scattered on the floor. Spoke with Rick Saldate before boarding windows and doors and condemning the property. Emergency vacate notice was issued and posted due to owner being unavailable and where abouts unknown. TEP power kill was contacted to cut power at the pole. *See additional notes in Sire |
