No alley's in this area, utilities only. Property in question is very neat and well kept and I was unable to identify any refuse or debris on this property. The undeveloped parcel to the west had a small amount of debris, appeared to be old cooler pads?? and 2 wooden pallets on the east side and some dried/dead plant trimmings on the west side. Will send NOV to owner of undeveloped parcel for the removal of said debris. |
