Power had been turned off by TEP, gas meter removed by S/W Gas. S/E chapel room area had been damaged by fire, 8 ft of bearing wall, 16 ft of non bearing wall, about 5 ceiling joists 16 ft in length, 8' x 16' of roof sheathing and drywall all damaged Owner was notified, nov and indemnification issued, damage report provided.
