MOBILE HOME CLEARLY DOESN'T HAVE ELECTRICITY... OWNER HAD AN EXTENSION CORD BURIED UNDER THE DIRT GOING ACROSS THE STREET TO A NEIGHBOR TWO TO THREE LOTS AWAY FROM HIS TRAILER... MHP MANAGER GAVE ME AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER THE UNIT. I CHECKED TO SEE IF THE OCCUPANT HAD RUNNING WATER. INFORMED OCCUPANT HE COULD NOT LIVE IN THE UNIT AND I PRESENTED HIM WITH A NOTICE TO VACATE AND POSTED MOBILE HOME WITH GREEN TAGS. ON 7/7/10 HAD THE MHP MANAGER SIGN THE IDEMIFICATION FORM. THE MOBILE HOME PARK MANAGER SECURED THE UNIT WITH A PAD LOCK ON THE DOOR AND SCREWED SHUT THE SLIDING DOOR. |
