At site, spoke to owner, said he didn't know he needed permits. Explained issues on new HVAC and water heater, NOV and re-inspection fees. Called Emmco, who installed HVAC, they thought owner got permit. Said that they would get permits today. Check P+, permits issued. No NOV sent. F/U 60 days. |
