Found 4 "ice cream" vans on front and side property. Pile of refuse on west side of property. Outdoor storage of materials related to business (tires, etc.) in rear yard. Owner has zoning approved home occupations with a current business licenses for an ice cream vending company and driver. Owner and tenant have been previously advised on two separate occasions the home occupation rules for vehicles (only one related to the business allowed) and storage (no outdoor storage for business related materials). Tenant had also previously stated that he does auto repair on the vehicles, which is not an allowable home occupation use. Tenant is currently in violation of these rules and will be issued a citation due to case history. |
