Spoke with the manager. She indicated the unit had been treated for pests on 7-8-10. I requested she provide me with a copy of the work order showing the treatment. I spoke with the occupant and he indicated the refrigerator was not operating properly and that he had requested they replace it some time ago. I will recontact the office on this matter. |
