Palm fronds dumped in the area at the southwest corner. Property is unregistered rental also. Property owner lives out of state. Unable to contact them by phone. Called and left message for the tennant to return call. Explained the violation, remedy, and reinspect fee. Tennant returned the call. He has removed the palm fronds and will maintain the area in cleaned condition. He provided the name of the property management company. Send 10 day notice to property owner to register the property as a rental. Schedule follow up inspection. |
