insp found the palm tree and oleander (at s/w corner) palo verde trees (inside the south wall) and mesquite trees (at s/e corner) were all found overhanging into the alley iterfering with service vehicles. tall grass and weeds were found along south wall and fence in the alley, and thru out front yard area. |
