02/13/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Owner son ( Regobeto ) was making slow progress, but was removing debris slowly, had a roll off on property removing scrap metal also, But Regobeto has stopped removing anything from property due to Patricia A Flores and his attorney. I did talk to Patricia his Legal Licensed Fiduciary and she said that they had to stop Regobeto from removing anything from property due to legal advice from his attorney. The property is still in probate and that she was going to Handel the clean up from here on. I advised that the city was going to be monitoring the property she said she would make sure it gets done. (Will also be meeting up with her next week (02-22-2013) to get more information on status of property.)
