The property has been vacant for sometime now and the owner is working on getting permits from Pima County for permits to get the septic system fixed. I talked to Tracy and she said close the case. |

Was asked by the renter to come back out and look at the property again. The first time out I was unable to get inside the property and could only see from the gate. There is an open trench from the front down out the gate, this is covered with wood and dirt; this will need to be filled in ASAP. The roof is not caving in but it looked to have some leaks that are in the batroom, bedroom and hallway. Will send an NOV to have repairs made. |
