There is no alley in this area. The complainant is clearly mistaking the "Utility Easement", which is private property, for an alley. The house and property are well maintained and there are no violations visible from the public right of way. There may be some grass or weeds in the easement area however I chose not to trespass on private property in order to validate the complainant's allegations. I will notify the owner of their duty to maintain 50% of that area as it is their private property. Follow up 30 days. |
