There is no alley in this area. Complainant is clearly mistaking the "Utility Easement", which is private property, for an alley. The house and property are virtually spotless and very well maintained. There is some tall grass in the easement area for which I will notify the owner of their duty to maintain 50% of that area as it is their private property. Follow up 30 days. |
