Inspection found the unit to be some what messey and need to be cleaned up. Was able to see 2 roaches in the hot water heater area. Talked the maintance man who was with me at the time of the inspection and asked if it was reported he stated no the renter stated they turned it in on Saturday. But no report was found. Unit 236 was added to the list of units to be treated today. The proch in front unit 236 at the main enter needs to be repalce or repaired. |
