Noticed previously vacant property being remodeled by contractor. No building permits issued. Stopped and spoke with the contractor and toured the property with him. There appears to be electrical and plumbing work in progress without permits. He indicated they were planning on installing a new a/c system and a gas range. I explained he needed permits to do the work and posted a stop work order on the property. He indicated he would contact Development Services and obtain all required permits. |
