Vacant home. Some, but not all, windows boarded. Several exterior walls and window framing areas are unfinished and have untreated wood exposed to the elements. Accumulation of vegetation over 6" and refuse present on property. Three junked vehicles are present in rear yard. Unattached accessory shed structure in SE corner of rear yard is over 120 sq. ft, may not meet setbacks due to structure height (12'+); requires permit and zoning approval. Storage, including multiple construction materials, is excessive and appears to exceed the allowed 25% of lot area when the JMVs and storage shed are included. Yard is screened with bamboo fencing that has deteriorated and is not currently providing adequate screening of junk vehicles and storage; slats or other approved fencing will be required. Large commercial truck stored in front yard; commercial bobcat loaded stored in rear; both are not allowable in residential areas. Trailer in front yard. Front yard has been excavated. Large stones present in front and may be on a portion of the right of way. Several permits for rehab and additions have been applied for, but never approved. Plumbing permit for sewer has expired. House remains vacant and unfinished. |
