Visited site today and could not validate items claimed in complaint. The home is used as a rental and does house people from various behavioral health clinics. There are 3 persons, 2 women and 1 man, currently in the home and it can house 5 therefore no C of O is required. All utilities are connected and in use. There was no trash or debris on the property and no vehicles at the time of inspection. The only violation noted at was overgrown weeds. I will sent the legal owner an NOV for the weeds and follow up in 30 days. |
