New tenants moving in. Minor amount of personal items on front porch. No refuse, trash or debris. No hazards or attractive nusiance. Fence panels on the west side of the property. Appears owner and or tenant possibly installing fence. Will contact both to verify. No notice at this time. Will wait a few weeks until new tenant has had sufficient time to get completely moved in to the home. |
