No sign of a business operating here. Spoke with occupant. He is bringing vehicles home to clean them up and sell them. I advised him he cannot do that under the zoning code. He agreed to discontinue. The vehicles on site all belong to him, some with dealer plates. Used oil is being taken off the property to be disposed of at an auto parts store nearby. Will continue to monitor this property for compliance. schedule inspection for 30 days. |
