At site, TEP red tagged meter, no electric. Windows on south side of building are all broken out, windows on east side are also broken. Notice on door fron tenant states that they are in the process of moving out. Gas is also disconnected. Posted Notice of Abatement Order on front door of dwelling unit. Spoke to Manager, gave her a copy of notice. F/U 5/13/10. |
