VISTED SITE (SUPREME COURT BUILDING), MET WITH SECURITY PERSON WHO MENTIONED TWO PEOPLE HAD ENTERED THE ELEVATOR FROM THE BASEMENT AND THE ELEVEVATOR TOOK THEM QUICKLY TO THE TOP FLOOR WITHOUT STOPPING. MET WITH BILL CLARK, MAINTANENCE SUPERVISOR, EXPLAINED TO BOTH SECURTIY AND MAINTANENCE THAT BECAUSE THIS WAS A STATE BUILDING THE CITY HAD NO JURISDICTION. BILL EXPLAINED THAT TFD MADE THE CALL FOR THE CITY INSPECTOR. MR CLARK WENT AHEAD AND CALLED ELEVATOR CONTRACTOR AND WAS CHECKING WHO TO CALL FOR THE STATE INSPECTOR. INFORMED THEM FOR FUTURE REFERENCE TO ALWAYS CALL STATE FIRST, AS CITY PROBABLY WOULD NOT RESPOND IN THIS TYPE OF CASE. NO JURISDICTION / CLOSE CASE
