Revisited site, unit #210 no loner occupied. Tenant skipped out without paying rent and never returned. New locks were placed on front door. Damaged living room window has been repaired and replaced, unit now properly secured. Trash, debris and unwanted furniture removed from the unit waiting to be rehabbed. HCD no longer has jurisdiction due to unit being vacated. Compliance / Close Case |
