House is indeed vacant and has been for almost a year. Weeds and graffiti. Some windows and doors boarded. According to PCRO the property was trasnfered to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. in November 2009, indicating it is most likely forclosure. No inspection of interior conducted. Will NOV MERSINC for clean up and post 30 day "Weed" NOV as well. |
