Visited site today. Noted numerous code violations. Research indicates at least 6 structures on the property however the assessor's office only has 3 structures in record. Aerials also reveal much refuse, debris, JMV's and untended vegetation. The perimeter yard fence is a hodge-podge of different materials and dilapidated, even falling in some places. The entire parcel is in an advanced state of deterioration and many repairs and or demolitions are in order. A Notice of Violation will be issued to the present owner. Follow up 30 days. |
