FOUND TRASH AND DEBRIS FROM PREVIOUS TENANTS REMOVED FROM THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR YARD AREAS AND PLACED NEXT TO THE FRONT OF THE APT. WILL ALLOW OWNERS TO MAKE ALL REPAIRS TO THE UNIT NOW THAT APT IS VACANT. OWNERS DID VERBALIZE THERE INTENTIONS TO MAKE REPAIRS ONCE UNIT WAS VACATED.
