04/20/2010 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Wall is a poured concrete wall which appeared to be very old. Complainant indicated he felt the wall was causing water run-off issues between two adjacent properties. I was unable to identify any indication the wall would cause drainage issues. The alley behind the row of business is higher in elevation than the parking/loading/access areas to the buildings which may contribute to the complainant's allegation. Research of aerial photos available online shows the wall there for at least 10 years and therefore HCD Code Enforcement will not pursue the complaint regarding the wall. The complainant will be directed to PDSD's Stormwater Division to evaluate the discrepancies in elevation.
