THE BUILDING'S NORTH ELEVATION HAS OPENINGS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN COMPLETED. THE BUILDING LACKS WEATHER PROTECTION AND IS IN AN UNFINISHED STATE. THE BUILDING PERMIT T05CM04911 HAS EXPIRED ON 1-31-2009. CONSTRUCTION WORK TO THE BUILDING HAS CEASED AND HAS BEEN IN A DILAPIDATED STATE FOR OVER 12 MONTHS. |
