Inspection showed two vehicles parked on west right of way area: tan Town & Country Van AZ # FF0185 and Ford SUV AZ # 931-EZK; Ford is covered with black tarp and appears to be permanently stored there. TC 16-35 Does not allow parking or storage on ROW areas. Three unattached accessory structures in rear yard do not appear to meet setbacks from property lines; two structures are over 200 sq ft and also require permit: ramada structure in SW corner and shed in SE corner. Playhouse in middle of rear yard has 0' setback from south property line and exceeds 12'0" in height. The main single family home had recent additions (second floor, garage, and porch) under permits T06CM06035 and T07CM00259, both of which are expired and did not receive final inspections. The three accessory structures are not indicated on the approved plans. |
