Weather stripping around rear door in bedroom not properly installed. Gaps around door. Wall furnance has been yellow tagged by Southwest Gas for delayed ignition.

Apt #8 Spoke to tenant.
No window latches/ locks on bedroom and bathroom windows.
Wooden fence gate will not latch. No smoke detector in bedroom.
