The owner had obtained a permit to repair the roof and was in process of getting the electrical repairs permit. The yard had been cleaned up considerable as acknowledged by TPD and FIRE. The owner's son had also obtained a Home Occupation license and Business license to conduct his small engine repair busienss.
I will leave the case open and follow up in another 15-30 days to see the electrical permit issued and then close the case.
