Met owners 04-12-2010 to inspect property and identify areas in violation. Supervisor went along to translate as the owners do not live in America and do not speak English. Numerous violations were identified and the owner was made aware of each violation and the necessary action correct. NOV will be sent to a Douglas, Az address that the property owners use. |
