Site visit today revealed problems with the plumbing, heating and cooling, ability to secure the apartments and rodents. Called owner via Spanish translator and attempted to set an appointment for an inspection of all 4 units based on problems identified in units 3 and 4. Both occupants in 3 and 4 stated similar or worse issues in units 1 and 2. Owner will call back tomorrow to schedule a time to inspect. |
