At site with inspector Hurd. Was told that tenant could be violent at times from manager, tenants sister and neighbors. Called TPD to assist.With two TPD officers, knocked on door, no answer. TEP disconnected power at the meter due to non-payment. Posted NOV on door to have power restored by Thursday, 4/8/10. If not properly restored unit will condemned/vacated. F/U 4/9/10 |
