At site, found faded red Ford pick up truck in city R.O.W. no interior, JMV. Small amount of dead vegetation, cactus on west side of home. In easement found dead tree branches and rocks. Spoke to owner, said he would move truck from ROW and have tree branches and rocks hauled off. F/U 30 days. |
