WHICH HAS THE PERMIT NUMBER FOR EACH BUILDING SO HE CAN CHECK IF HE CAN CALL THE INSPECTION IN. PERMIT EXPIRED ON 8-1-11 BUT STILL IN ISSUED OR RENEWED STATUS. WILL CHECK IN 5 DAYS. RV. | |
02/04/2011 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | WENT TO SITE DUE TO RICK SALDATE CALLED AND STATED THAT THE COMPLEX HAS NO HEAT. MET THE MANAGEMENT AND THE MAINTENANCE MEN AND CHECKED A COUPLE OF THE UNITS AND THEY WERE AT 74 TO 75 DEGREES. THE SUPPLY AIR WAS COMMING OUT AT 94 TO 100 DEGREES. THEY DID HAVE SEVERAL UNITS WHERE THE CAPS OF THE CAPACTORS BLEW AND THEY HAVE BEEN REPAIRED YESTERDAY. THEY HAVE PURCHASED BLANKETS AND PORTABLE HEATERS AND ARE GIVEN WHEN ASKED FOR. THE PERMIT HAS BEEN RE-ISSUED AS OF TODAY AND HAVE A NEW CONTRACTOR WORKING ON GETTING THE INSPECTION COMPLETED. WILL KEEP THE SAME FOLLOW UP DATE ON 2-28-11. RV. | |

WENT OVER THAT A NOTE HAS BEEN PLACED THAT IF THE CONTRACTOR PAYS $42.50 THAT THE PERMIT WILL BE RE-OPENED AND INSPECTION CAN BE COMPLETED. THE MANAGER CALLED THE CONTRACTOR AND LEFT A MESSAGE ON SITUATION FOR HIM TO CALL. MANAGER ASKED IF HE COULD GET THE PERMIT AND WAS ADVISED THAT THE CITY ONLY CARES THAT THE PERMIT IS FINALED ONCE ISSUED. WILL CHECK IN 5 DAYS. RV. |
