HE WILL BE TRYING TO GET THE PERMITS FINALED BUT HAS TO CALL THE CONTRACTOR. GIAVE HIM A COPY OF THE N.O.V. WHICH HAS THE PERMIT NUMBER FOR EACH BUILDING SO HE CAN CHECK IF HE CAN CALL THE INSPECTION IN. PERMIT EXPIRED ON 8-1-11 BUT STILL IN ISSUED OR RENEWED STATUS. WILL CHECK IN 5 DAYS. RV.
02/04/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved WENT TO SITE DUE TO RICK SALDATE CALLED AND STATED THAT THE COMPLEX HAS NO HEAT. MET THE MANAGEMENT AND THE MAINTENANCE MEN AND CHECKED A COUPLE OF THE UNITS AND THEY WERE AT 74 TO 75 DEGREES. THE SUPPLY AIR WAS COMMING OUT AT 94 TO 100 DEGREES. THEY DID HAVE SEVERAL UNITS WHERE THE CAPS OF THE CAPACTORS BLEW AND THEY HAVE BEEN REPAIRED YESTERDAY. THEY HAVE PURCHASED BLANKETS AND PORTABLE HEATERS AND ARE GIVEN WHEN ASKED FOR. THE PERMIT HAS BEEN RE-ISSUED AS OF TODAY AND HAVE A NEW CONTRACTOR WORKING ON GETTING THE INSPECTION COMPLETED. WILL KEEP THE SAME FOLLOW UP DATE ON 2-28-11. RV.

10/26/2010 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved MET WITH THE MANAGER AND THE MANAGEMENT HAS BEEN CHANGED. DID GET A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL THE DISTRICT MANAGER WHO IS TAKING CARE OF THE ISSUES OF THE COMPLEX. THE DISTRICT MANAGER IS GOING TO CALL PHOENIX TO CHECK WHAT THE NEXT STEP ON THE PERMIT EXPIRING. ADVISED THAT THE PERMIT MAY REQUIRE PAYING THE FULL AMOUNT TO RE-OPEN OR WILL NEED TO RE-APPLY FOR THE PERMIT TO HAVE INSPECTION. THE COMPLEX IS UNDER RECEIVERSHIP AND HAS SOMEONE IN PHOENIX HANDLING THE ISSUES OF THE COMPLEX. WILL WAIT FOR THE RESULTS. WILL CHECK IN 30 DAYS. RV.
09/20/2010 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved MET WITH THE MANAGER AND HE WAS GOING TO CALL THE INSPECTION IN. HE THOUGHT THE CONTRACTOR CALLED THE INSPECTION FOR FINALS. WENT OVER ON WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE TO CALL THE INSPECTION IN. HE MAY CALL EACH BUILDING AT DIFFERENT TIMES TO WARN THE TENANTS TO CHECK THE INSIDE WORK DONE IN THE UNITS. HE WAS GOING TO NOTIFY THE TENANTS OF THE INSPECTION TO THE UNITS. WILL CHECK IN 30 DAYS. RV.
08/18/2010 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved MET WITH ASSISTANT AT FRONT DESK AND SHE CALLED MAINTENANCE TO CHECK ON PERMIT. WHILE TALKING TO MAINTENANCE, THE MANAGER SHOWED ON SITE. WENT OVER THAT THE PERMIT IS STILL IN EXPIRED STATUS AND IF NOT ISSUED BY FRIDAY THAT A CITATION WILL BE ISSUED. WENT OVER THAT A NOTE HAS BEEN PLACED THAT IF THE CONTRACTOR PAYS $42.50 THAT THE PERMIT WILL BE RE-OPENED AND INSPECTION CAN BE COMPLETED. THE MANAGER CALLED THE CONTRACTOR AND LEFT A MESSAGE ON SITUATION FOR HIM TO CALL. MANAGER ASKED IF HE COULD GET THE PERMIT AND WAS ADVISED THAT THE CITY ONLY CARES THAT THE PERMIT IS FINALED ONCE ISSUED. WILL CHECK IN 5 DAYS. RV.
