4 temporary type plastic ramada strucures on property at 200 sq ft; 3 along north property line require zoning approval; 1 in rear yard. Several vehicles/jmvs in rear and side yards, along with car parts, metal, sheds, etc. appears to exceed the 25% storage requirement. Front porch was constructed without permits after 2000 and is partially enclosed. Carport enclosed, requires permit. Rear porch enclosed without permits. Shed in rear yard is dilapidated and needs repair, removal. |
