On site inspection, property is vacant and for sale. Rear the building is an attached wood structure that houses the electrical service. A 4 x 8 sheet of plywood was torn off the west side of the structure. There is carpet pad and debris in the area. The building also has graffiti paint on all portions of the building. The property has vegetation overgrowth weeds and grass exceeds 6 inches on the property and the curb area. |
