FOUND: REFUSE, 2 BROKEN WINDOWS, EXTERIOR OUTLET MISSING WEATHER PROTECTIVE COVER, STEPS MISSING PROTECTIVE PAINT AND LOOSE METAL CAUSING TRIPPING HAZARD, LIGHT GLOBES MISSING ON INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR LIGHTS, EXTERIOR DOOR LACKING WEATHER STRIPPING AND WORKING LOCKING MECHANISM, FLOOR IN HALLWAY, BEDROOM AND BATHROOM DETERIORATED, PLUMBING IN BATHROOM SINK MISSING, PLUMBING UNDER KITCHEN SINK DETERIORATED WOOD BELOW SINK WATER LOGGED, FLOOR NEXT TO TOILET DETERIORATED TO EXTENT WHERE LIGHT CAN BE SEEN FROM THE OUTSIDE, COBWEBS AROUND WATER HEATER, NO COLD WATER SHUT OFF VALVE, OUTLETS IN UNIT MISSING COVERS, COOLER DOESNT WORK, WINDOWS IN LIVING ROOM AREA INOP. |
