A portion of the yard is sectioned and a dog is abiding there. I did not notice any scrap lumber in the front yard and the rear yard was fenced and screened from view. I noted one pile of animal waste at the time of inspection this morning. I will attempt phone contact with the tenant advise of the complaint and explain the ordinance regarding the removal of animal waste. Will send NOV to owner for rental registry and tenant for animal waste removal. |
