Unable to determine if car repair business is occurring; no activity. Inspection showed five JMV vehicles in rear screened yard (no vio) and five vehicles in the front with four in good condition; only one is a JMV (Red Explorer-Ford has damaged tire). An accumulation of refuse was present in the rear, front and north side yards, including scattered refuse and debris and bags of garbage. Storage of personal items such as applicance, tools, etc. are clearly visible from street in carport and front yard. Total storage on property, including JMVs, may exceed the allowable 25%. NOV will be prepared to owner. |
