The outdoor storage at this residence is not in violation of code, no residential storage violations. No nuisance vegetation noted. I spoke with the property owner and he indicated this is a rental property and that tenants had left some of the debris. He stated would clean up debris and cut the weeds and grass. The owner indicated he was aware of the source of the complaint and stated it is an ongoing problem with this particular person. Complaint did not come from NA but rather an individual. Owner stated he would contact me as soon as he was finished. |
