Went to site and pool area is being worked on at pump with leaky pipes. They are being replaced with like for like. Some tile being replaced at pool and jacuzzi, which no permit is required for. Found a maintenance man repairing lights where broken at fittings and removing lights to palm trees due to cost of electricity. All work is maintenance and no permit is required. Worker has license for maintenance and card with name. No verify, close case. |
