No specific addition found on southeast section of property as reported. Other multiple additions have been constructed or added to property and main structure without required building permits; some structures do not meet required minimum setbacks from property lines (Land Use Code Sec. 3.2.5.2 (C)): 1) Attached room addtion on southwest corner of main structure; lacks permit and does not meet setbacks; constructed after 5/2008 per pictometry. 2) Attached structure on east side of main structure; lacks permit; constructed after 2002. 3) Attached addition on the west side of the original carport and carport converted into a garage; lacks permits; constructed after 2000. 4) An additional attached structure was added to west side of addition in #3; area is enclosed and is also appears attached to block wall; lacks permit and does not meet setbacks; constructed after 2008. 5) Unattached canopy over 200 sq. ft. in front driveway area lacks permit and zoning approval. Under Land Use Code Sec. 3.2.5.3 (C), these structures are not allowable unless attached to main structure with zoning approval for setbacks; added after 2008. NOV will be prepared to owner. |
