STRUCTURAL BLOCKS HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM STRUCTURE TO MAKE ACCESS HOLES IN STRUCTURE WALLS TO ACCESS BATHTUBS WATER SUPPLY SYSTEMS. NO SDDITIONAL SUPPORT HAS BEEN ADDED TO HOLD STRUCTURE WALLS.
2 SEPERATE PILLERS HOLDING UP 2ND FLOOR WALKWAY ARE CRACKING AND BLOWING OUT AT BOTTOM.
4" HOLES HAVE BEEN BORED THROUGH BLOCK WALL FOR DRYER VENTS. DRYER VENTS LACK REQUIRED DRYER CAP.
UNIT 25 REAR BALCONY FLOOR WEAK IN AREAS, WOOD ROTTED DETERIORATED IN S/W CORNER OF BALCONY.
BALCONY RAILING LOOSE DOES NOT SECURE AS REQUIRED.B
