Explained that items being stored on the east side of his garage and in front of garage were in violation - visible from the ROW. Also explained that he was limited to max. 25% of storage in yard and that he had more than that when looking through parts of the fence and by using the aerial maps. Reveiwed the codes with him and on how to find them. Also explained the reinspection fees - would apply if he was not in compliance at the next follow up inspection.
04/21/2010 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved At site, fence repaired, vegetation cut and removed. Refuse and debris still in back easement. Called owner and left message. No inspection fee. F/U 30 days.
