At site, met officer Mc Nammera, who noticed a large amount of refuse and debris, also noticed gas meter was missing analog read out. Called southwest gas to check meter, tenants have gas. TEP red tagged the service meter. No electric whick was confirmed by the tenants. Called Tucson water, was told that water was going to be turned off on Wed. 3/10/10. Posted emergency abatement and order to vacate. Tenant told me thay where in the process of moving out. Evidence of boxed items in the house and back of vehicle. Told tenant that they couldn't stay in house at night, only during the daylight hours to move. Sending NOV to owner for refuse and debris. |
