At site, spoke to tenant. Dead tree fell on top of roof. Didn't see or find any structrual damage. Window broken by tree branches. Security door knob only working in one direction and storm door on porch broken and screens to porch torn. Spoke to owner, said she would have issues abated and have tree removed on Monday 3/8/10. F/U 30 days. |
