Gray passenger sedan in driveway on jacks with no plate. Rear assessory ramada-type structure in rear yard is severely dilapidated, is over 200 sq ft, was not built to standard building code; was built without permits, and does not meet standard setbacks from rear property line. This structure will need to be removed as it would not pass inspections. Storage of items in rear yard is slightly scattered, but allowable. NOV will be prepared to owner for JMV and structure. LRP |
